FAQS

Perks Liftwear allows returns and exchanges up to 10 days of the order delivery date.
If 10 days have gone by since you’ve received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for safety and hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and hang tags must be attached. Original invoice must also be provided with any returns.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If Perks Liftwear determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.


SHIPPING RETURN ITEMS

To return an item (and before shipping back to us) please contact our customer service by emailing info@perksliftwear.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page, explaining your issue and/or reason for return and we will email you a shipping label for the return. To return your product, attach the provided, emailed shipping label and mail (Attn: Perks Returns).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

LATE OR MISSING RETURNS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please fill out the Contact Us form or email us at info@perksliftwear.com

SALE ITEM REFUNDS

Sorry, all sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective or damaged item or need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, fill out the Contact Us form or send us an email to info@perksliftwear.com and we will email you a return shipping label. Please identify on the envelope what kind of return it is.

REPAIRS AND DEFECTS

If you happen to damage your merchandise, we recommend you take your item to a local repair shop.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Orders shipped Canada wide receive Free Standard Shipping. Orders that request express shipping, will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we do ship internationally.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Within North America, shipping will typically take 2 to 3 business days. Internationally, shipping will take 6 to 10 business days. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number to your email once you have placed your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER? 

Go to our Contact Us page and fill out the form with your tracking number so that we can look into it right away with the shipping company. If we are unable to resolve it in a timely manner then we will send you out a new package or refund you your money. Whatever your choose.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ORDER? 

Please go to our Contact Us page, and fill out the form with the issue and photos of the item. You will be emailed a return shipping label to print off and you will need to return the product within 30 days and we will gladly provide a full refund within this window.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. At this time, we only take payment through our eCommerce website via these methods of payment.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY LIFTWEAR?

The shorts provide superior support from bonded side panels, and a lift inside the short that is not seen from the outside. This enhances the shape of your bum, rounds and lifts. With a high-rise waist you will feel supported and elevated all at the same time. 

HOW DOES THE LIFTWEAR TECHNOLOGY WORK?

A garment that rounds, sculpts, and lifts your bum. Our design uses bonding for superior support on the side panels and back legs, while the design and technology inside the short, provides the lift for the most flattering silhouette that firms and elevates.

WHAT IS THE FABRIC MADE OF?

 

The fabric and mesh are fine-knitted and can be damaged with sharp objects (such as pointy acrylic nails!) 

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT MADE OF?

Shell fabric is 70% Nylon, 30% Spandex. The Inner bonded construction is perforated with tiny holes to provide maximum stretch, breathability, and comfort. 

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE? 

Part of the magic of Perks is providing a perfect fit. Please see our size chart on the product page to find your correct size.

The garment should fit snug without feeling uncomfortable. If the waist or hem is feeling too tight, please size up. 

The thigh on the shorts are crafted specifically to hug under the bum. If you are not feeling a lift at the lower bum, please size down. 

Pro Tip: Once the short is on, give the thigh area an extra tug to get the garment sitting as high on the body as possible.

HOW DO I WASH THE PRODUCT?

Machine wash with cold water on delicate setting.

To maintain your product's compression and longevity, please wash with other athletic-wear items (avoid washing with jeans and towels) on a warm or cool setting. To dry, please Hang To Dry. It dries very quickly!

Please note: High heat will damage the bonded construction over time and it will begin to lose the elasticity and compression.
