How to do it:

Step 1- Lie on your side with your top leg extended slightly in front of you, about 3–4 inches.

Step 2- Angle your heel towards the ceiling and your toes towards the floor, keeping your foot flexed.

Step 3- Pulse your leg up and down about 3–4 inches, making small, controlled movements.

Step 4- Aim to keep your leg raised and pulsed until you complete your reps.
